I get an error page when I try to pay?
Do you use the Safari browser? And do you try to order a Eurail Pass in the currencies Euro or Australian dollar? Then you may get an error message with a red cross like the one below at the moment when you get to the payment page in the shopping cart.

This issue may occur if:
- you are using the browser Safari 3.x (both on Mac and on PC) and
- if your security setting are set to "only allow cookies from sites you navigate to" (this is the default setting).We advise you to temporarily change the security settings in your Safari browser to "always accept cookies".
You can also use a different browser (like Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer) or pay in US dollar. We are sorry for this inconvenience! Our payment provider hopes to solve this problem in the future.
If you don't use Safari but also encounter problems when trying to pay, please send us a message with a description of the problem, the Pass you try to order, the currency and language you selected and the browser you are using.
