How to order your Eurail Pass online

Order Process

• Decide which Eurail Pass you would like to order
• Select a currency: US dollar, Australian dollar or euro
• On a Pass page, click Buy Pass! to enter our secure Shopping Cart
• Check if the correct Pass is selected and enter the number of travelers
• Click the Add to Cart button to start your order
• Fill in your name(s) and your country of residence
• Continue to review the product: you can now add another Pass and select Pass Security
• Continue to fill in the Shipping Address where the Pass(es) must be sent and your Departure Date
• Choose between Standard Shipping or International Express
• Continue to Review your order: this is your last chance to change your order
• Go to the Checkout page to select a credit card and enter your payment details.

Pass Security Program

An optional Pass Security plan is available for USD 12 / AUD 14 / EUR 10 per person to reimburse for the unused portion of the rail pass in the event of loss or theft of the pass while travelling in Europe. The Pass Security plan is available for any pass purchased from us via the eurail.com website.

Shipping

We deliver Eurail Passes anywhere in the world via FedEx and local express courier services. All orders placed before 4pm East Coast US or Australia Standard times are shipped out the same day they are received. Shipments are generally received within 3-5 working days after ordering. We only send Passes by registered mail, so you have to sign for the receipt of the package.

USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Brasil and Mexico
Standard shipping (up to 5 working days) to these countries is free!
We also offer a fast Express service to these countries if you are in a hurry. For an extra fee of USD 25 / AUD 30 / EUR 17 your Pass is delivered in 1-2 working days.

Europe
Shipping to European countries* is only possible as Express service (2-3 working days) for a fee of USD 35 (AUD 45 / EUR 25).
European deliveries are only valid for non-European residents.

Rest of the World
For other countries, only Standard shipping (up to 5 working days) is available. The shipping cost are USD 15 (AUD 18 / EUR 10).
