Add Plus to your order to make your mobile Pass 100% refundable whenever you want. This way, you can feel safe knowing that if you need to cancel your plans at the last minute, you will receive a 100% refund instead of just 90%.
What is Plus?
Plus is an upgrade for mobile Passes that you can select at checkout. For a small fee, you can make your Pass 100% refundable and exchangeable, even after the 7-day cooling-off period. That means any time before you plan to travel, you can cancel at the last minute and get back the money you paid for your Pass.
How do I get Plus?
When ordering your Eurail mobile Pass, simply tick the Plus box in the checkout. It is not possible to upgrade to Plus later!
How does Plus work?
After purchase, your mobile Pass can be used any time in the 11 months following your purchase (promotional conditions may vary), and the same is true for Plus. You can only use Plus before you begin traveling. If your travel plans change, you can request an exchange for free. Simply order a new Pass that fits your new needs and contact our customer service to request a refund of your old Pass.
In case something doesn't work out and you decide not to travel after all, simply log in to your account and follow the instructions for cancellation to claim your 100% refund of the Pass price.
Is the Plus upgrade refundable?
If you wish to refund or exchange your Pass within 7 days of purchase, both your Pass and the Plus fee are 100% refundable. After the 7 days, if your travel plans change, your Pass is 100% refundable and exchangeable but the Plus fee isn't.
Change of currency
You cannot change the currency once you have a Pass in your cart. Remove the Pass, and then change the currency on the website header.
