Discounts and conditions for Eurail Pass holders

All Eurail Pass holders get a 30% discount on Fjord Line ferry crossings all year round, on all routes. It applies to both passenger fares and air seats (onboard MS Stavangerfjord and MS Bergensfjord) but does not apply to vehicles, cabins, meals, and extras.

Fjord Line offers daily crossings to Norway.

  • Hirtshals – Stavanger: 10h 30m

  • Hirsthals – Bergen: 16h 30m

  • Stavanger – Bergen: 5h 30m

  • Hirtshals – Kristiansand: 2h 25m/3h 55m

  • Kristiansand – Stavanger: 7h

  • Kristiansand – Bergen: 13h

 

Contact and reservation

You can obtain your discount by booking your ferry crossing:

 

  • You can place your booking online on the Fjord Line website
    • To obtain the Eurail Pass holder discount, choose "I have a promotion code" on the booking form. You can find the promotion codes and more information on the dedicated Fjord Line page for Eurail
    • Once you successfully apply the discount code, you'll see "(Eurail)" next to the ticket type in your purchase summary (see screenshot below for reference).

Please note that if you're traveling with a discount, you'll need to show your Eurail Pass at Fjord Line's check-in.
