When will my Eurail paper Pass arrive?
You can check the status of our order via the track and trace code sent to you by email once you've placed your order.
If your order should have already arrived, please check your order status in your Eurail.com account and the Track and Trace code of your order. If something appears to be wrong with your order, please contact the shipper directly.
What should I do if there's incorrect information on my Pass?
Change of currency
You cannot change the currency once you have a Pass in your cart. Remove the Pass, and then change the currency on the website header.
